The Food and Beverage Executive provides service and support to the Food & Beverage (F&B) Department across both Clubhouses, and from time to time support the Club Events Manager, as well as assists the Marketing Department with F&B/event materials.
Job Description
- Coordinate day to day administrative operations associated with the F&B Department, including working closely with the Assistant General Manager (AGM) on F&B strategies
- Work closely with Directors of Food & Beverage (DoF&Bs) (both Clubhouses), Assistant Director of F&B (ADoF&B), Club Events Manager, and Executive Chefs at both Clubhouses on menu changes and related processes
- Serve as a liaison point person for F&B related matters for all other departments at the Club
- Administer food and beverage menu/event menu designs, and weekly set menu changes, including graphic design and printing support where required. Update the menus to the Club App and cross-check the latest menus on the website
- Assist with holiday order form setup on the Club App and other form platforms as required eg. JotForm
- Organize department meetings as required, including taking minute takings, distribution of minutes and calendar notes
- Manage the Food and Beverage Committee administrative functions, including minute taking, agenda generation and other Committee follow-ups. Additionally, from time to time, assist in coordinating Committee room bookings for the broader range of Committee meetings and the menu requirements
- Work with the Club Events Manager for Club Events and ADoF&B for Wine Events to support associated events where necessary. Assist with Club Event research, such as but not limited to online purchasing, graphic design signage, design of event rundowns and menus, support event entertainment for special Club events
- Handle general ad-hoc tasks including photocopying, booking meeting rooms, stationery ordering, account processing, Zoom/Team Meeting setups, and mail distribution
- Assist in ad-hoc projects and provide all-rounded general administrative support to the F&B, Club Event Department as required, with some support to marketing from time to time on food and beverage related materials for example, Country Store signage, Tabletop POS
- Occasional travel between Club locations as required and determined by the DoF&Bs, AGM, Club Event Manager, or Executive Chefs
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma holder preferred or equivalent experience
- 2–3 years of Food and Beverage or Events administrative/coordinator experience in an English-speaking environment. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Food and Beverage Coordinator
- Good command of spoken and written English is a must; proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, good time management and communication skills, and excellent attention to detail
- Self-starter and the ability to problem-solve and work with the team to find solutions
- Excellent PC skills, especially in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Graphic Design package experience, such as Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop. Experience in photo shoots and editing. Demonstrated creative skills in marketing/communication materials
- Enthusiastic personality who can handle high pressure when busy, remaining proactive and showing initiative in quieter periods

- Good common sense for making daily on-the-job decisions with a passion for Food & Beverage
