What you do:

  • Handle phone enquiries and requests on credit card in professional manner, including but not limited to statement and transaction information, marketing/ promotion programs, customer information update etc.
  • Handle live chat enquiries and requests related to credit card

What you need:

  • Form 5 / DSE graduate or above
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience in consumer finance / retail banking industry
  • Shift duty is required
  • Proficient in both spoken & written English & Chinese
  • Proficient in English & Chinese Word Processing
  • Experience in service hotline or live chat handling is an advantage
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Customer Service Officer
