Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive regional market analysis and economic research
• Develop strategic frameworks for regional business expansion
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create data-driven growth strategies
• Prepare executive-level reports and presentations on regional opportunities
• Monitor economic indicators and regulatory changes across target markets
• Support senior leadership in strategic decision-making processes

Requirements:

• University graduate major in Business Administration / Marketing / Economics / Finance 
• 4 years or above solid experience in business planning or consultancy.
• Good communication and analytical skill, self-initiative, able to work under pressure
• Good banking business sense with strong entrepreneurial mind
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Experience in regional development analyst is preferred
