Trade Finance (Bills Operation) Assistant Specialist/ Specialist

Job Duties:

• To handle all trade finance products of import, export and interbank products in professional manner such as LC issuance, collection and negotiation, financing loans, LC advising, settlement and etc.
• Conduct Anti-money laundering procedures according to the Bank’s standards, procedures and guidelines
• To prepare regular and ad hoc management reporting
• To participate in various/ad hoc projects including but not limit to product and system enhancement and development, such as performing UAT testing
• To support trade-related service to business units
• Ad-hoc tasks assigned by team manager 

Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree or above in related discipline
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in trade finance operations.
• Basic knowledge in trade finance transaction workflow
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Team-oriented and ability to work independently
• Fresh graduates/Less experience will be considered for the position of Trade Finance (Bills Operation) Assistant Specialist
• Proficient in MS Office such as Word and Excel
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin
