Responsibilities:

• Participate in sales & marketing activities for card and loan business
• Handle customers enquires and deliver excellent services to satisfy their needs
• Perform preliminary assessment on applications for financial products e.g. credit card, loan, etc.
• Support daily branch operations includes data entry, sales and marketing in product promotion

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Associate Degree in any discipline, fresh graduates are also welcome
• Relevant experience in Personal Loan Sales is highly preferred
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Proficiency in PC knowledge and application
• Proactive, Self-motivated, Good interpersonal skills
• Several work locations to select: HK Island / Kowloon / N.T.
• 5-days work week (9 hours per day)
• Shift duty is required (including Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays)
• Required to wear uniform during working hours 
• Candidates with more work experience will be considered for the Senior Officer position
