Executive Assistant to Vice Chairman

Century City Holdings Limited

About the Role

  • We are seeking a young, dynamic, driven, and highly responsible Executive Assistant to support the Vice Chairman of a publicly listed company and founder of multiple sustainability and wellbeing platforms.
  • This role sits at the intersection of business leadership, impact investing, sustainability, education, and cross-sector collaboration — spanning corporate, nonprofit, academic, and international initiatives.

  • Energetic, proactive, and execution-oriented
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Emotionally intelligent, discreet, and trustworthy

Job Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Scheduling & Priority Management

  • Manage complex calendars across multiple platforms and time zones
  • Prioritize meetings in alignment with strategic objectives
  • Prepare concise daily and weekly executive briefings

2. Project Coordination

  • Track and coordinate multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Follow up with internal departments and external stakeholders
  • Ensure timelines, deliverables, and accountability are maintained
  • Support preparation for forums, advisory boards, and major engagements

3. Cross-Departmental Liaison

  • Serve as communication bridge across corporate teams, nonprofit platforms, academic partners, and international stakeholders
  • Structure updates and ensure clarity of next steps
  • Maintain organized trackers and reporting dashboards

4. AI-Enabled Productivity & Research

  • Leverage AI tools to:
    • Draft and refine communications
    • Summarize meetings and research
    • Prepare briefing notes
    • Improve workflow systems and efficiency
    • Conduct rapid research on sustainability, finance, innovation, and policy topics

Job Requirements:

  1. University graduate (any discipline; business, sustainability, policy, or related fields preferred)
  2. Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (spoken and written)
  3. Strong written communication skills in English and Chinese
  4. Excellent project coordination and time management ability
  5. High AI literacy (e.g., ChatGPT and other AI productivity tools)
  6. Proficiency in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
  7. Ability to synthesize complex information quickly and clearly
