Corporate Banking Executive, Syndications

Responsibilities:

• Originate, structure, execute and distribute syndicated loans.

• Prepare financing proposal, information memorandum and financial projection.

• Review and negotiate loan documents.

• Share the unit’s administration works.

 Requirements:

• Excellent academic results from a reputable university.

• With 10 years’ solid experience in the marketing or credit analysis duties of corporate banking, preferably with exposure to syndicated loans.

• Good analytical, problem solving and report writing skills

• Ability to learn fast and work under pressure

• Strong communication skills

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

• Good at using Office software including Excel and PowerPoint
