Responsibilities:
Manage in-coming facsimile instructions and liaise with customers to confirm the trade transactions;
Provide quality service supports to customers and liaise with other business units on customer inquires related issues;
Perform administrative duties (e.g. dealing with transactions documents);
Provide any other administrative / clerical supports as assigned.
Requirements:
University graduate in Banking / Finance or related discipline;
Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in Banking / Financial services industry;
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (fluent in Mandarin is preferred);
Good interpersonal and communication skills;
Immediately available or short notice is highly preferred.
