Guest Service Officer (Accor Hotel)

Job Description:

• Well groomed and positive attitude
• Handle guest check-in/ check-out
• Provide various information to the guests regarding hotel service
• Able to communicate with other departments efficiently

Requirement:

• At least 1 year of experience in the field is preferred, with less experience will also be considered
• Pleasant personality, customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Willing to work on shift hours, no need overnight
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
