Guest Service Officer

Responsibilities
- Assist guests to check-in and check-out with professional manner
- Provide information to guests’ enquiries
- Performing the Front Office related works
Requirements
- Form 6 or above
- 3 years relevant hotel experience is preferred
- Pleasant personality, good telephone manner and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Computer knowledge in MS Office
- Shift working hours and 8 days off per month
- Immediate availability preferred
