Front Office Administrative Officer (3 months contract)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative and secretarial support to Front Office Team
  • Attend to guest requests by responding to emails, phone calls, and reservations.
  • Answering phone calls and guest's inquiries in timely manner
  • Handle ad hoc assignments when required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in hospitality management or related disciplines
  • Knowledge of OPERA Cloud System is preferred
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
