Job Description:
Proactively develop and maintain client relationships, complete insurance sales tasks.
Use diversified tools (HK insurance, overseas funds) to create portfolio solutions.
Maintain HNW clients in Greater China/overseas, advise on cross-border planning, tax compliance (CRS/FATCA).
Develop China market, provide offshore wealth management for Mandarin-speaking clients.
Recruit high-potential financial planners, build your own team.
崗位職責:
開發客戶:開發並維護客戶,有自驅力地完成保險銷售工作;
全球化配置:針對客戶需求,靈活運用香港保險、海内外公募/私募等多元化工具進行組合配置;
高淨值客群CRM管理:維護大中華區及海外高淨值客戶,提供關於資產跨境規劃,未来可能为其提供稅務合規(CRS/FATCA)、子女教育與身份規劃的專業建議;
開拓中國市場:為普通話客戶提供離岸財富管理服務;
團隊招募與管理:招募高潛力理財規劃師,組建並管理自己的專業團隊。
Job Requirements:
Hold IIQE Paper 1, 3
With banking, insurance or sales experience in retail banking, insurance or brokerage would be an advantage
Self-employed mindset with existing client resources preferred

具備銀行、保險或銷售經驗(零售銀行、保險或經紀業務)者優先
具備從“受雇”向“自雇”轉型的心態,擁有成熟的存量客戶資源及強大的市場拓展能力優先
