Responsibilities:
Lead a team to partner with Relationship Managers in identifying, structuring, and acquiring corporate clients to expand the Bank’s trade finance / liquidity and cash management portfolio.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as Sales, Risk, Legal, Finance, Operations teams, to establish trade finance / cash management product guidelines compliant with the Bank’s policy, regulatory requirements, and market best practices.
Ensure the team comply with all external regulations and internal policies, including compliance and credit risk management.
Coach team members in structuring complex trade finance deals, offering technical expertise on instruments such as Letter of Credit, Guarantees / in structuring cash management solutions, such as treasury, liquidity and payment, and leading client negotiations.
Lead and actively participate in bank-wide and departmental initiatives (e.g. system projects).
Requirements:
Degree holder in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related discipline
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in trade finance / cash management
Holder of Enhanced Competency Framework on Credit Risk Management (ECF-CRM) preferred
Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure with strong risk management skills
Strong sales and service orientation with good leadership, communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
