Products and Trade Support Associate

Job scope:

• Immerse in hands-on experience in private wealth management
• Client onboarding and account maintenance
• Learn about investing and asset classes via comprehensive training programs
• Specialize in financial products including bonds, funds, structured products and OTC derivatives
• Become proficient in product management and client engagement

Responsibilities:

• Complete training modules on investing and financial products
• Support Sales on day-to-day tasks including:
  • Client enquiries
  • Account opening and review
  • Pre-Trade, Trade and Post-Trade process
  • Record keeping and file management
  • Complete relevant documentation requirements
• Support the Products team on day-to-day engagement and operation including:
  • product design and pricing
  • product lifecycle management
  • product performance and portfolio review
  • product due diligence (back up)
• Participate in Products team ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate with a degree or diploma (<2 years of experience)
• Finance, STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) or accounting majors is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• A passion for financial markets, investment strategies, and client service
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
• Effectively using AI is preferred
