Relationship Manager, Corporate Banking (Global Commercial Banking Team)

Job Duties:

• Develop and maintain relationships with SME clients from mainland China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong that manufacture and export, ensuring exceptional service and support.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, with a focus on acquiring new SME clients in the manufacturing sector.
• Promote and provide banking products and services, including trade finance, derivative financial products and general financing, tailored to meet the specific needs of clients.
• Conduct credit assessments and prepare financing proposals for clients, ensuring compliance with internal credit policies and offering solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Ensure adherence to KYC/AML regulations, maintaining accurate documentation and staying informed about industry trends affecting SME clients, especially with respect to Taiwanese businesses.
• Actively participate in the development and training of ARMs, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills in client management and business development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Commerce/ Business or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in corporate banking, with a focus on relationship management and business development within the SME sector. Previous experience with Taiwanese clients will be an advantage.
• Fluent in Mandarin, with basic proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build and maintain strong relationships.
