SENIOR FIRE SAFETY OFFICER / FIRE SAFETY OFFICER

Requirements:

• F.5 or above with relevant fire safety training certificate
• Minimum 10 years of experience in fire safety, preferably in construction sites and properties
• Well versed with fire safety ordinance in Hong Kong
• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese
• Early retired FSD Officer is preferred
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct fire safety inspections and audits to construction sites and property management companies
• Prepare relevant fire safety inspection/audit programs & reports
• Provide advice on fire safety matters / fire prevention in compliance with both regulatory and internal requirements
• Handle coordination works for Independent Fire Safety Committee
• Advice management on property and construction site fire safety enhancement

(Candidates with less experience will be considered as Fire Safety Officer.)
