Senior BIM Coordinator

Job Description:

We seek a proactive Senior BIM Coordinator to drive our digital construction roadmap, focusing on BIM implementation, 4D/5D workflows, and production automation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the CAD & BIM Team by managing resources, formulating policies, and optimizing workflows

• Implement BEP for foundation, ELS, and pile cap D&B projects.

• Oversee BIM deliverables for tenders (4D video, QTO) and projects (modeling, clash detection, statutory submissions).

• Conduct internal BIM trainings and promote BIM adoption.

• Develop custom automation tools (e.g., Dynamo, Python) to accelerate drawing production.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil, Structural, Building Services Engineering, or related discipline.

• Min. 5+ years’ BIM experience, with strong exposure to foundation, ELS, and temporary works.

• CIC-Certified BIM Manager (CCBM) / MHKIBIM / MHKICBIM.

• Proven experience in BIM strategy, BEP development, 4D/5D implementation, and CDE deployment

• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks is a must; basic understanding of Fuzor, Dynamo, and Civil 3D is preferred

• Independent, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about driving workflow improvements

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

• Candidates not fully meeting the requirements may be considered for BIM Coordinator.
