Assistant Catering Sales Manager / Catering Sales Manager (5 Days)

Responsibilities

• Explore and identify potential business opportunities to maximize revenue from catering business to achieve company's goal
• Leading all day-to-day activities related to sales with a focus on building long-term customer relationships that enable achievement of sales objectives
• Support Assistant Director of Catering to formulate annual catering business plan and design packages which could drive the catering business, inclusive of marketing strategy and activities
• Prepare all event documentation and coordinate with Sales, other Departments and Guests to ensure consistent and high level of service standard
• Assist in all Wedding Expo arrangement, coordinate with other departments and outside contractors
• Support in various ad hoc projects and assignments

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience 
• Degree / Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline
• Knowledge of menu planning, food presentation and banquet & event service operations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented with strong leadership and problem solving skills
• Good proficiency in written and spoken in English and Chinese. Putonghua knowledge would be an advantage
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Catering Sales Manager
