Associate, Corporate Customer Onboarding Support (Fresh Graduate Welcome)

Responsibilities:

• Assist branches in conducting customer due diligence for new on-boarding customers and perform blacklist checking on direct customer and connected parties; ensure the branch is in full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures

• Review duly accomplished account opening forms and related supporting documents

• Conduct new account opening checking for document completeness, proper CDD/EDD and AML checks

• Seek the necessary approval for accounts classified as High Risk prior to account opening

• Ensure all documents are properly filled and managed, as well as maintained in customer information system

• Perform blacklist checking for new & existing customer

• Liaise with the branches, AML Team and internal departments to exercise client on-boarding process

• Assist in system enhancement UAT, ad-hoc tasks & projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder with qualification of ECF-AML/CFT preferred

• Passion in developing career in handling corporate account opening documentation, KYC and related role in banking sector

• Knowledge on corporate customer on-boarding process preferred but not essential

• A team player with willingness to learn, can do attitude, logical thinking and the ability to work independently

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua

• Proficient in MS Office applications including Chinese word processing
