Assistant Manager, Retail Banking Integrated Management

Job Description:

1. Take the lead in shaping and executing strategic initiatives and operational plans for our retail business line. You will play a key role in developing and refining the operating budget for the retail banking sector, while diligently monitoring performance and ensuring adherence to budgetary goals.

2. Conduct in-depth research on retail banking competitors in Hong Kong, analyzing their strategies and assessing their performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

3. Manage a dynamic business line, driving channel development, optimizing expenses, and enhancing brand management for the retail business line, all while fostering a high-performance culture that prioritizes excellence and innovation.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above.

2. 1 to 3 years of work experience in the financial industry, with a basic understanding of finance and banking knowledge, including bank products, services, and business models.

3. Possess strategic planning, information mining, and data analysis skills; capable of formulating and executing retail banking strategies, analyzing market trends, competitors, and customer needs; proficient in using PowerPoint and Excel.

4. Strong communication and coordination skills across departments and teams to ensure the smooth execution of strategic plans.

5. Strong proficiency in both Chinese and English, particularly in producing reports and presentations in Chinese; fluency in Cantonese is a plus.

6. Ability to comply with the bank’s relevant regulations and policies, safeguarding the interests of customers and the security of the bank.
