Foreman (5-day work)

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the proper maintenance of physical plant, engineering facilities, and the interior and exterior of the entire hotel

• Responsible for the daily operation of the department, scheduling subordinates in carrying out routine maintenance and overhaul of hotel facilities, mechanical plants, apparatus and installations.

Requirements

• A minimum of Diploma or Certificate in Engineering field
• Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker in Grade A or Grade B is preferred
• A minimum of 3 years' supervisory level or above
• Responsible and reliable, initiative, aggressive and leadership
• Work in shift duty & overtime, emergency on-call
