Insurance Specialist Manager

Job Description：

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with prospective clients to drive business expansion and meet assigned sales targets
• Conduct regular client meetings to evaluate their insurance needs, understand their risk profiles, and identify cross-selling or upselling opportunities
• Offer expert advice and guidance on insurance/ Financial products, coverage options, and risk management strategies
• Prepare and present comprehensive insurance proposals, including policy terms, coverage details, and premium calculations, tailored to clients' specific requirements
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and new insurance products to provide clients with the most relevant and up-to-date information

• 定期與客戶會面，評估他們的保險需求，了解他們的風險狀況，並發掘交叉銷售或升級銷售的機會
• 提供專業建議和指導，涵蓋保險/ 金融產品、承保範圍選擇以及風險管理策略
• 準備和提呈全面的保險建議書，包括保單條款、承保細節和保費計算，以切合客戶的具體需求
• 密切關注行業趨勢、監管變化和新的保險產品，為客戶提供最相關和最新的資訊

Requirement：

• Hold IIQE Paper 1, 3
• With IIQE Paper 4, 5 would be an advantage
• Degree Holder
• At least 3 years of experience in the insurance ／brokerage industry／ retail banking
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
• Excellent working attitude and willing to learn
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is preferable

• 具有IIQE Paper 4、5資格證書將是優勢
• 擁有學位學歷
• 具有至少3年保險／經紀業／銀行的銷售經驗
• 工作態度積極主動，願意學習
• 精通英文和中文(特別是普通話)的書面及口語表達能力
