Debt Capital Markets Specialist (Treasury Department)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support execution of the debt capital markets transactions, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
• Execute public offering, private placement and CD transactions, ensuring timely and accurate deal closing
• Assist in the preparation of marketing documents (pitch book, tender, market update and peer analysis)
• Assist in developing and maintaining relationship with financial institutions
• Track primary market activities, including new issuance, pipeline and market rumors, to provide actionable insight
• Assist with routine operational tasks and ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder or above, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related disciplines
• 1-3 years of work experience in debt capital markets or other fixed income fields
• Qualified under SFO for handling Regulated Activities Type 1 & 4
• Good analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Good knowledge of fixed income markets
• Good command of Microsoft Office applications, Bloomberg would be a plus
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin. Fluency in Cantonese will be an advantage
• Candidates with CFA or ECF certifications are preferred
