- Lead the discussions with insurance companies in product plan and products to be launched.
- Responsible for end-to-end product launch activities and analyze product performance, drive innovation and continuous improvement in products.
- Assist to formulate, develop and implement insurance strategies to achieve the assigned business targets.
- Work closely with internal and external parties to support product development and delivery, to ensure the marketing projects and programs run smoothly and effectively.
- Familiar with insurance products, internal operation procedures, market environment and regulatory requirements.
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in insurance product development or product strategy in bancassurance business.
- Degree holder or above in Marketing or Business related disciplines or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5.
- Passes in Insurance Intermediaries Examinations is a must, qualified under SFO for handling Regulated Activities Types 1 & 4 and passes in MPF Intermediaries Examinations are preferred.
- Good analytical and numeric skills, good interpersonal and presentation skills.
