Assistant Personal Banking Manager

Responsibilities:

• Promote wide range of consumer banking products and services to customers and solicit new business opportunities to achieve the branch business goals
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate banking services and solutions
• Provide efficient and high quality services to customer with a professional manner
• Ensure all the activities are conducted in compliance with the Bank's policies, procedures, guidelines and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree is an advantage; or HKDSE with 5 subjects at Level 2 or above, including Chinese / English and Mathematics or equivalent
• Minimum of six month’s working experience in retail banking or financial institutions, exposure in financial products
• Pass in IIQE papers 1, 2, 3 & HKSI papers 1, 7, 8 will be an advantage
• Familiar with retail banking products and the operation procedures
• Strong service and sales orientation, self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English
• Candidate with more experience may be considered as Assistant Relationship Manager
