Operations Assistant

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Operations Assistant.

In this role you will:

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages and courier serivces
• Support document printing, scanning and photcopying
• Order and maintain office supplies and inventory
• Ensure common areas, meeting rooms and pantries are tidy and well-stocked (e.g. replacing distilled water dispensers and pantry supplies, tidying up meeting rooms after meeting, cleaning pantry equipments and utensils)
• Run errands such as visting the post office and the delivery and collection of documents at various sites
• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, couriers and postman and assist with inquiries
• Perform data entry, organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems
• Provide general support to staff and management as needed

To be successful you will need:

• Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination or Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education or equivalent
• Strong organization skills and the capacity to work effectively both independently and under pressure
• Self-motivated, possesses strong interpersonal skills, and works well in a team
• Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese. Good written English will be an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
