Business Analyst (Branch Operations System Development)

Responsibilities:

• Identify business system requirements and implement enhancements or changes in electronic payment systems arising from industry or regulatory requirements, or work with business owners and end users
• Act in the role as owner of electronic payment systems for retail banking covering FPS, payment collection, remittance etc.
• Work with users to identify system needs and produce specifications for the system requirement and contribute to process reengineering according to long-term strategic directions
• Establish detailed acceptance test procedures, conduct joint testing with end users, provide users training and document the user procedures
• Liaise with various internal teams for the most effective and efficient solutions

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems or related disciplines with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in business analysis role preferably in retail banking related system
• Proficient in using statistical tools/SQL/Access/Excel
• Provide production support to business owners and end users
• Strong relationship management with a drive to deliver top quality solutions, and ability to build and manage successful relationships with counterparts , vendors and IT team
