OK Finance - Assistant Credit Control Manager

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle daily collection activities and perform collection actions for overdue accounts;
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints in relations to overdue accounts;
• All round Debt Collection Agency monitoring, inclusive of on-site audits and surprise checks;
• Assist to handle legal processing;
• Handle problem loans processing (i.e. Bankruptcy, Restructured Loan, Deceased, etc.);
• Responsible to participate system testing or other special project as needed. 

Incumbent Requirements:

• Secondary education or attained the HKDSE; Post-Secondary is preferrable
• With a minimum of 5 - 6 years collection experience of unsecured personal loan and/or mortgage loan in Finance or Banking industry;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua will be an advantage;
• Self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure; 
• Familiar with PC skills including MS Word & Excel.
