OK Finance - Direct Sales Representative (Personal Loan)

Reporting to the Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business and revenues for the Company.

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct telemarketing calls to promote personal loan products
• Focus on following up and converting online applications to enhance digital channel conversion rates
• Achieved assigned monthly business target 
• Follow the established workflow & procedures and deliver quality service to customer 
• Handle customer enquiries in a professional way to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction 

Requirements: 

• Secondary educated or above with at least 3 years sales experience in consumer finance industry with sound knowledge in digital lending products
• Aggressive, self-motivated and mature with positive attitude 
• Able to work under pressure and achieve sales targets 
• Good customer service skills and the ability to resolve customer problems efficiently and effectively 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Chinese and English 
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Direct Sales Representative
