(Senior) Settlement Officer (Internet Brokerage)

Job Responsibilities: 

• To handle daily settlement operations including HK and US securities, corporate actions and other Exchange/CCASS/DCASS operations
• Perform daily stock and cash reconciliation, handle IPO, placing related operations
• Oversee the review and enhancement of internal operation procedures for both new and existing business operations
• Communicate with internal and external parties to solve all settlement problems

Job Requirements: 

• Degree holder of above
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in settlement operations in securities and derivatives industry
• Strong knowledge with CCASS/DCASS operations
• Proficient in English and Chinese word processing and computer applications (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
• Familiar with Hundsun back office system is preferred
• Willing to learn, Self-motivated, be responsible and able to work independently
• Efficient and accurate processing of operational functions with strong sense of accuracy
• Be a good team-player, proactive, self-motivated, and positive learning attitude
• Able to work under pressure and willing to work overtime
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
