CREDIT CONTROL OFFICER

Responsibilities:

• Carry out debt recovery actions and collect turnover figures from tenants via telephone calls, emails or demand letters
• Collaborate with solicitors and the Judiciary if legal action is required & prepare the required documents
• Post and allocate daily payments
• Prepare analysis reports
• Handle internal or external tenants’ enquiry

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above
• 2 years’ working experience in banking / credit loan / legal or relevant fields
• Basic legal knowledge (civil) and relevant working experience will be an advantage
• Proficiency in written English and PC applications including Chinese word-processing
• Self-motivated, able to work independently under pressure and attentive to details
• Good analytical skills and interpersonal skills
• Candidates with less experience or lower qualifications will be considered for the post of Assistant Credit Control Officer
