Head of Strategic Client Management Department (Corporate Banking)

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic business initiatives and facilitate the implementation to ensure alignment with business directions
• Drive revenue growth and foster long-term & high-value relationships with key corporate client groups
• Provide regular business and market analysis to senior management
• Monitor the credit portfolio of key corporate client groups and provide recommendations on credit limit allocation to enhance the credit utilization efficiency and business profitability of key corporate client groups
• Identify opportunities for various cross-border collaboration and business partnership to upsell/cross-sell products or services, driving business growth and maximizing revenue.
• Develop and manage appropriate controls to ensure compliance with the Bank's internal guideline and relevant regulatory requirements
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience in corporate banking, strategic management, business planning, or industry research
• Holder of ECF on Credit Risk Management / Green and Sustainable Finance (Professional Level/Core Level) is preferred
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends effectively
• Proactive learner with strong adaptability and growth mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration across teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
