Project Officer (18-month contract) (Ref: JC-PTSD-PO)
Clinical Psychological Services (Sham Shui Po)

Responsibilities:

1. To provide or conduct screening assessments and promotional activities, including workshops, talks, or other outreach events;
2. To provide support to the project’s operational, accounting, and administrative work, including maintaining the budget, supporting staff meetings, and preparing progress reports;
3. To assist in the service evaluation, data collection, statistical analysis, presentations, and the preparation of promotional activities;
4. To keep accurate and up-to-date clinical records and maintain the clinical dashboard;
5. To assist in coordination with the funder and community stakeholder(s); and
6. To perform any other related duties as assigned by supervisor(s).

Requirements:

1. Degree or above in Psychology, Social Science, Social Work, or related disciplines;
2. 1-2 years of relevant work experience in NGO rehabilitation services is preferred;
3. Possession of a basic understanding of low-intensity psychological intervention and/ or Seeking Safety;
4. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
5. Proficient in PC skills and MS Office; and
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
