Stewarding Supervisor (5 days work)

Stewarding Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Chief Steward/Chef de Cuisine to supervise all staff works for stewarding. Closely co-operates with F&B outlets for all chinaware’s, glass wares, silverwares and steel wares.
管事主管負責協助總管事/主廚監督管事部門的運作。需要與各餐廳密切合作，處理所有瓷器、玻璃器皿、銀器及鋼器具。

Job Description

• Assist the Chief Steward/Chef de Cuisine to supervise and coordinate the activities of all stewarding attendants in Town and Country Clubhouses to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the kitchen
  協助總管事/主廚監督及協調管事助理的工作，以確保廚房運作順利且高效
   
• Ensure that high standard of sanitation, cleanliness and safety is maintained throughout all kitchen areas at all times
  確保在廚房區域維持高標準的衛生水平、清潔與安全
   
• Perform all necessary supervisory functions for all subordinates執行對下屬之監督職能
   
• Assist in the performance of kitchen sanitizing tasks when necessary
  在必要時協助執行廚房的消毒工作

Qualifications & Skills

• At least 3 years working experience in Supervisory level 
  至少3年相關工作及管理經驗
   
• Good organization and communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with diverse workforce
  具備良好溝通及領導技巧

Working location: Tai Tam (Transportation allowance applies)
