We’re looking for a motivated and detail-minded team player to join our Administration & Operations Department. You’ll help our trading and logistics operations run smoothly — from preparing documents to coordinating deliveries.  

我們誠邀有責任感、細心及有良好組織能力的您加入行政及營運部門!您將協助處理日常貿易及物流工作,確保各項運作順暢 — 包括文件處理、訂單安排及運輸協調。 

 

📝 Responsibilities 工作職責
-  Prepare and issue purchase orders, sales orders, and related documents  
-  Coordinate with Sales and Accounts teams to process orders on time  
-  Liaise with warehouses and logistics partners for accurate, timely deliveries  
-  Maintain and update inventory and shipping records  
-  Organize and file administrative and shipping documents (PO, SO, declarations, POD, etc.)  
-  Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc duties  

-  準備及發出採購單、銷售單及相關文件  
-  與銷售及會計部門緊密合作,確保訂單能準時處理  
-  與倉庫及物流合作夥伴聯絡,安排準確及準時送貨  
-  更新及維護庫存及出貨紀錄  
-  整理及歸檔行政及運輸文件(如 PO、SO、報關文件、POD 等)  
-  提供一般行政支援及處理臨時工作  

 

📋 Requirements 入職要求

-  F.5 or above  
-  1–2 years’ experience in shipping, logistics, or trading preferred; fresh graduates welcome 
-  Responsible, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently 
-  Knowledge of inventory control an advantage but not essential  
-  Good command of both English and Chinese  
-  Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)  

-  中五或以上學歷  
-  具 1–2 年航運、物流或貿易經驗者優先;歡迎應屆畢業生  
-  負責任、細心、有條理,能獨立工作  
-  具庫存管理知識者更佳(非必須)  
-  良好中英文書寫及會話能力  
-  熟悉 MS Office(Excel、Word)
