Sales Administrator

Responsibilities:
Assist and support the direct Sales Managers’ team
- Handle project delivery coordination and assist in preparing quotation, delivery note and monthly sales reports
- Perform full aspects of administrative support to the department and daily office operations
- Update SharePoint data for the Sales Team documents and follow up on simple billing issues
- Support sales team for clerical works such as delivery arrangement and contract renewal
- Liaise with internal teams and external clients/suppliers for a smooth operation flow
- Handle customers’ enquiries regarding the order scheduling and details
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Handle ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Degree / Associate Degree holder
- 1-2 years working experience in sales administration support
- Solid experience in orders coordination with clients and vendors
- Experience in sales documentation, preferably in IT related company
- Exceptional customer service skills and communication & listening skills
- Ability to build a relationship of trust with key clients
- Detail-minded, energetic, initiative and sense of responsibilities
- Good command of English and conversational Putonghua
- Familiar with MS Office such as Word, Excel
- Immediate available is highly preferred
