Manager (Loans Document) - Credit Administration Department

Responsibilities:

• As initial checker of facility letters, security documents and instruction letters for personal credit facility application (including property mortgages) 
• Coordinate and negotiate with counterparts for the preparation of all required legal documents to ensure proper execution
• Ensure requisite documents and all conditions precedents are duly completed to the Bank’s satisfaction prior to facility setup / loan drawdown
• Monitor and follow up document deficiencies and/or the outstanding documents
• Compile performance tracking and MIS reporting for management information
• Perform other assignments and/or ad-hoc projects as assigned
• Monitor safe custody of all the credit and security documents

Requirements:

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in personal loan documentation, checker role's exposure is an advantage
• Experience in handling mortgage documentation (including various subsidy mortgage scheme), premium financing documentation, other personal financing documents and familiar with related procedures and relevant legal requirements
• Knowledge in personal financing products, complex structural transactions and cross-border is highly preferred
• Independent with strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience may also be considered as Assistant Manager
