Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Handle booking enquires including preparation of proposal and sales letter, and ensuring that bookings are timely confirmed
• Serve as the point of contact for clients and answer to guest enquiries regarding general sales issues
• Establish and maintain a good rapport over the phone with corporate clients and to develop potential business
• Prepare monthly reports and any other ad-hoc hotel reporting
• Assist in managing the database of respective statistics including all room sales related reports
• Assist the Sales Team in sales administration and provides secretarial duties as required
• Perform related duties and special projects as assigned by Supervisors

Requirements:

• High School graduate or holding certificate in Hospitality or Hotel Management
• Out-going personality with strong inter-personal and communication skill
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Experience in Hotel Reservation/Sales is preferable
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
