研究中心主管兼首席經濟學家 (Head of Research Centre & Economist)

工作職責： 

• 監測、分析及預測全球、中國大陸及香港的宏觀經濟趨勢，包括GDP、通脹、利率、匯率、貨幣政策、財政政策等
• 提供季度/年度經濟展望報告，並評估對銀行資產負債表、信貸組合的影響
• 統籌全行研究資源，領導團隊開展重點行業研究，涵蓋銀行核心業務相關領域
• 分析行業週期、政策變化、競爭格局、供需動態及風險因素，為信貸審批、業務拓展提供行業洞見及前瞻性建議
• 向高級管理層及業務部門提供經濟及行業洞見，支持制定中長期戰略、業務計劃、風險偏好及產品開發
• 代表銀行出席行業論壇、媒體訪談、客戶路演或高端研討會，分享宏觀及行業觀點
• 為高端客戶提供定制化經濟及行業分析服務，強化客戶關係及交叉銷售機會
• 領導經濟研究及行業研究團隊，制定研究議程、分配任務、審核方法論，並培養團隊成員的專業能力。統籌內、外部研究機構的資源，實現研究成果共享

任職要求： 

• 經濟學、金融學等相關領域的碩士或以上學歷，具備博士學歷或系統的宏觀經濟、金融計量訓練背景者優先
• 至少20年以上經濟研究、行業分析或金融市場研究經驗；其中10年以上在監管機構、大型商業銀行、政策性金融機構、資產管理機構等擔任研究主管或首席經濟學家等領導角色的經驗
• 有成功領導行業研究團隊、發佈具市場影響力的行業報告經驗者優先
• 具備扎實的宏觀經濟學、統計學和計量經濟學基礎，能夠對複雜經濟問題形成系統性判斷
• 具備較強的定量與定性分析能力，能夠將複雜研究結論轉化為管理層可理解、可決策的專業分析材料
• 具備高質量研究報告撰寫能力和專業表達能力
• 操流利英語、普通話及粵語（口頭及書面），能熟練處理三語環境下的研究、報告及對外溝通
• 具備高度的專業自律性、獨立判斷能力和風險意識
• 研究風格穩健、嚴謹，能夠在複雜環境和壓力條件下持續輸出高質量研究成果
• 具備良好的組織協調能力和團隊管理意識

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, analyze, and forecast macroeconomic trends globally, in China and HK, including GDP, inflation, interest rates, exchange rates, monetary policy, fiscal policy, etc.
• Provide quarterly/annual economic outlook reports and assess their impact on the Bank's balance sheet and credit portfolio
• Coordinate the Bank's overall research resources and lead the team in conducting industry research, covering the Bank's core business
• Analyze industry cycles, policy changes, competitive landscape, supply-demand dynamics and risk factors, providing insights and forward-looking recommendations for credit and business development
• Provide economic and industry insights to senior management and business units, support the formulation of strategies, business plans, risk appetite, and product development
• Represent the Bank at industry forums, media interviews, client roadshows or seminars
• Provide customized economic and industry analysis services for high-net-worth clients, strengthening client relationships and cross-selling opportunities
• Lead the research team, setting research agenda, allocating tasks, reviewing methodologies, and developing the professional capabilities of team members

Requirements:

• Master's degree or above in Economics, Finance, or related disciplines. A Ph.D. or background in macroeconomic and financial econometrics training is preferred
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in economic research, industry analysis, or financial market research, including at least 10 years in key role such as Research Head or Economist within regulatory bodies, banks, policy financial institutions, or asset management firms
• Experience in leading research team and publishing industry reports with market influence is preferred
• Solid foundation in macroeconomics, statistics, and econometrics, capable of forming systematic judgments on complex economic issues
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, able to translate complex research findings into professional analysis materials understandable and actionable by management
• Excellent research report writing skills and presentation abilities
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese (oral and written), proficient in handling research, reporting, and external communication in a trilingual environment
• High degree of professional discipline, independent judgment, and risk awareness
• Steady and rigorous in research style, capable of consistently delivering high-quality research outputs under complex conditions
• Strong organizational, coordination and team management skills
