Assistant Clearing Services Manager

  • Ensure clearing services are completed as per established procedures and guidelines, within specified standards of quality, turnaround time and industry cut-off time
  • Participate in on-going operation enhancement projects to streamline workflow and provide better support to frontline business units
  • Assist in any ad-hoc duties and projects
  • Degree holder in Business or related discipline, or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience gained form the banking industry
  • Knowledge of bank operations, commercial law governing negotiable instruments and banking practices
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
  • Good interpersonal skills, teamwork, independent and proactive

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Deputy Clearing Services Manager
