Senior / Personal Banking Manager, Retail Channel Management

Responsibilities:

• Develop & maintain new business in deposit and fee related activities
• Achieve various business goals assigned by the Branch Manager through delivery of professional service
• Provide back-up support to branch operations from time to time
• Acquire new customer through localized promotional activities
• Generate fee income through the selling of non-investment linked insurance products for PBM working in “General Banking” area

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree holder in relevant disciplines is preferable
• 1 - 2 years’ experience in financial industry preferably with branch exposure
• Experience in retail banking products with effective communication skill 
• Pass in HKSI Licensing Examinations and fulfill registration requirements for Relevant Individual (RI) & Technical Representation (TR)
• Understand relevant policies and procedures of the Bank as well as regulatory requirements
• Good communication skills 
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin
• Good PC knowledge
