What You'll Be Doing

You'll gain hands-on experience at the heart of our stores, engaging with customers and colleagues to understand the routines and processes that ensure operational efficiency. You'll roll up your sleeves and work across various departments, learning how each role contributes to our seamless operations. By the end of this immersive experience, you'll be fully prepared to take on your first Team Manager appointment. Beyond the shop floor, you'll explore critical business functions, providing you with a solid foundation to advance to a Team Manager within 18 months. As part of #TeamM&S, you will connect with a network of future leaders and enhance your professional growth.

International Opportunities

This programme includes business trips to Dubai, Southeast Asia, and the UK. You will have the chance to explore different opportunities around the world, expanding your global perspective and understanding of diverse markets.
