Passenger Services Officer (Japanese Speaking JLPT N1)

Responsibilities

• To provide passenger reception and check-in services to our passengers
• To provide check-in service at Terminal, Hong Kong or Kowloon Airport Express Station, and Skypier
• To answer passenger enquiries at Airlines Service Desk
• To provide gate arrival and departure services
• Perform queue management at check-in counter, boarding gate and transfer desk
• To assist passenger at Self Check-in Kiosk and Self Bag Drop Counter
• To provide concierge services to our customers
• To complete other assignments allocated by superiors.

 Requirements

• HKCEE / HKDSE or equivalent
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N1)
• With good communication skills and customer-oriented
• Candidate with more experience in passenger service will be considered as Service Leader
