Ramp Operations Officer

Responsibilities:

• To ensure on-time delivery of cargo / mail document from / to / between aircraft / cargo terminals / Air Mail Center.  
• To strictly conform to the company regulations and ensure safe delivery of all valuable cargo. 
• To strictly follow the safety regulations and ensure safety driving.  
• To consolidate flight handling information for Supervisor. 
• To maintain effective communication across HAS functional areas, Cargo Terminal Operators, Air Mail Centre, Airport Authority and other external parties. 
• Airmail scanning and data input to operation system. 
• To maintain attendance records and prepare flight data to FIN/COM. 
• To provide day-to-day administrative support to CHG. 
• To attend training sessions as and when required. 
• To complete other assignment allocated by superior. 
• Handle Special Cargo including Pharma shipment. 

Requirements:

• Secondary education or above. 
• 3 years of experience in relevant field. 
• Good command of written / spoken English and Chinese.
• Knowledge of PC (simple word processing or specific skills in Microsoft). 
• Holder of valid HK driving licence 1 & 2.
