Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive support for the Online and Mobile Banking products to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of problems and issues
- Facilitate corporate clients in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), user training, and system acceptance processes
- • Collect and analyze digital banking data to drive product optimization and innovation with IT
- Support the development of the Bank’s digital vision and strategy
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, internal and external audit standards, and security certifications
- Assess team training needs and drive development initiatives to enhance overall team competency
- Provide professional responses to client inquiries and information requests
- Contribute to the future e-Banking products and related initiatives
- Safeguard the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive data in alignment with company policies
- Assist in ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned
Ideal candidates are expected to possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Finance or related discipline
- At least 5 years’ relevant experiences in E banking, Global Transaction Services (GTS), Corporate Banking product sales
- Proven track records in managing and developing E banking, achieving business targets and in product development and project management
- Good understanding of general banking products, compliance and regulatory framework
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Outgoing, proactive, strong motivation in maintaining client relationship
- Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
