Assistant Manager, Provider Partners

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the network of provider and keep the good relationship with healthcare services providers
• Responsible for recruitment & retention for doctor network
• Monitor and manage the regular audit and investigation for doctor performance
• Develop and maintain internal & provider system and related procedure's operation
• Handle & organize business planning and report
• Handle contracts renew process including orientation, utilization review, claims audit, fee negotiation, clinic accreditation on company guidelines
• Maintain and update provider related statistics, contract information and provider network information
• Handle and provide the solutions for all enquiries from clients / partners
• Support and develop network analytical report for the network development and problem-solving
• Review and develop proper administration procedures in line with regulatory and compliance requirement.
• Perform regular clinic visits and audits are required(occasionally PRC & Macau business trip)
• Handle ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum of 2 years work experience
• Experience in medical, healthcare or insurance industry is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving
• Internal mobility is supported
• Good command in Cantonese/ English/ Mandarin
• Current Salary & Expected Salary MUST state on the application
