Principal responsibilities

• Lead the team to solicit new applications through branch / roadshows and meet business target
• Keep abreast of latest development of recommend corresponding business strategies as appropriate
• Manage roadshow operations and ensure service quality is up to standard and compliance
• Assist the Retail Banking Manager to manage the team performance and development of subordinates

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in a related discipline OR other relevant qualifications
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience and at least 1 year at supervisory level, with exposure to retail banking products acquisition is an advantage
• Strong service and sales orientation, with good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure, flexibility to work in different locations and willingness to work on Sundays and public holidays
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
• High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
