Responsibilities:

• To assist the department manager to achieve sales target;
• To handle loans applications and follow up the process until loan disbursement;
• To prepare loans recommendation to the Management for approval;
• To maintain and develop good relationship with existing and new customers;
• To provide clerical support to the department, such as filing, data input and ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Banking,  Finance or related disciplines ;
• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in Consumer Finance Industry with good knowledge in mortgage and personal loan;
• Candidates with experience in handling SME loans are an advantage;
• Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills;
• Customer-oriented, self-motivated and ability to work under pressure;
• Basic Microsoft Word and Excel application skills;
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
