Summary
The position holder is required to take up a Sales role to acquire New-to-Bank clients to SME, offshore/local companies as part of Bank’s strategy to grow CASA base and market share.
Responsibilities
- Acquire New-to-Bank clients to SME segment
- Act as the single point of contact, managing the end-to-end KYC process
- Conduct customer due diligence, AML assessment, FATCA and CRS in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Achieve individual business targets and contribute to the performance of the team
- Proactive connect with key contact persons from channels for business expansion
- Timely communication with clients regarding inquiries on know your customer requirements
- Client experience management via handling of customer inquiries with timely response
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year SME banking experience in customer relation management is preferred
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, sales and result oriented
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
- Fresh university graduate is welcomed
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for Associate
