What You Will Be Doing:
Supervise counter service to ensure smooth and efficient branch operation in accordance with the relevant regulations, policies and guidelines
Ensure high quality of customer service and assist in resolving customers’ enquiries / complaints
Review branch operation procedures regularly to enhance work process and customer experience
Identify opportunities for promoting banking products and services
Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned
What We Are Looking For:
Diploma or above
Minimum 5 years’ banking experience
Solid knowledge of banking operation procedures, general banking products and regulatory requirements
Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
Good analytical and numerical skills
Strong self-motivation, independent and able to work under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
Candidate with more experience may be considered as Senior Customer Service Manager
